WhatsApp automation for business

Most U.S. automation is built for SMS and email. We come from a market where WhatsApp is the default business channel — which matters if your customers are in Latin America, or if you serve a Spanish-speaking market in Miami, Houston or Los Angeles.

What it solves

Messages sitting unanswered

They arrive at all hours and pile up. Every hour of delay lowers your odds of converting.

The business number on someone’s phone

When WhatsApp lives on a personal device, the customer history leaves when that person does. The official API makes it a business asset.

Voice notes nobody listens to

A large share of customers send audio. It gets transcribed and processed like any text message.

Manual follow-up

Remembering who to message and when is a job for a system, not for memory.

How it works

The full flow, with each piece of the system doing its part.

What it includes

  1. 01

    Official WhatsApp Business API

We build on Meta’s Cloud API, never on unofficial workarounds that get numbers banned.

  2. 02

    Conversational agent

Replies, qualifies, books and escalates. Bilingual where it matters.

  3. 03

    The 24-hour window, enforced

WhatsApp only allows free-form messages for 24h after the customer’s last message. That rule lives in the system, not in someone’s judgment.

  4. 04

    Full history in the CRM

Every message, inbound and outbound, tied to a contact and a status.

Use cases

Capture and booking

Prospect messages, agent qualifies, checks availability, books and confirms — all in one conversation.

Reminders and confirmations

A 24h reminder with an easy reschedule option. Cuts no-shows without anyone making calls.

Cold-lead follow-up

Retry cadence with business hours respected and opt-outs enforced at the database level.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need the official WhatsApp API?

Yes, and it is not a detail. Tools that automate WhatsApp by simulating a phone violate Meta’s terms and end with the number banned — usually at the worst possible moment. We work exclusively on the official Cloud API. It requires business verification with Meta and has a per-conversation cost, but it is the only foundation you can build something durable on.

Can my team still reply from the same number?

Yes. The agent handles conversations by default and your team can take over at any point — whether the agent escalated or someone simply decides to step in. Both write into the same history.

What is the 24-hour window?

Meta only allows free-form messages within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. Outside it you must use pre-approved templates. It is the most common reason an automated follow-up fails silently, so we enforce the rule in the database rather than in the visual workflow.

What process in your business would you like to stop doing manually?

Tell us how your current process works and we'll help you identify what can be automated.

No cost · No commitment · No obligation to buy

Leave us at least an email or a WhatsApp number so we can reply.
