How much repetitive work is your team still doing by hand?
Most businesses don't have a staffing problem. They have processes nobody ever wrote down, running on whoever remembers to do them.
If a process repeats, there's a good chance we can automate it.
- Answering the same questions over and over
- Copying leads into a spreadsheet by hand
- Following up whenever someone remembers
- Booking appointments over a long back-and-forth
- Sending reminders one at a time
- Updating the CRM at the end of the day
- Re-entering the same data across platforms
- Building reports by pulling numbers from everywhere
- Triaging requests that arrive on four different channels
- Moving information from chat to email to spreadsheet
We don't just build automations. We build systems.
A bot that answers messages solves the first minute of the conversation and leaves the rest of the work exactly where it was. A complete system owns the whole process: it understands, executes, records, and lets you watch it happen.

AI Agent
Talks to your customers, understands what they need, classifies intent, and decides what to do. When the decision is not its to make, it hands off to a person.
Automation
Runs the process: creates records, books appointments, sends messages and emails, calls APIs, and triggers workflows based on what happened in the conversation.
CRM
Everything gets stored and organized — leads, customers, conversations, appointments, requests and full history, in one place.
Monitoring
Visibility into what ran, what failed, and what needs a human. Without it, automation is just running blind.
The four pieces are designed together. That is what keeps the system working when the process changes.
Your agent doesn't just reply. It acts.
The difference between a chatbot and an agent is what it can do after it understands the conversation. A chatbot gives you an answer. An agent runs the process behind that answer.
You decide what the agent can do on its own and what always goes through a human. That boundary is defined with you — we do not set it for you.
- Talk to customers in English and Spanish
- Understand requests however they are phrased
- Look up information in your systems
- Qualify leads with the questions you define
- Create records in your CRM
- Check availability and book appointments
- Update customer status
- Send information, pricing or documents
- Trigger workflows in other platforms
- Escalate to a person when it should
Everything that happens stays organized.
Every conversation, lead and appointment the automation handles is written to a CRM you can actually look at. It is not one more tool to learn — it is the control center for your automation.
| Contact | Channel | Status | Last activity | Next action |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| M. Ríos | Appointment booked | 4 min ago | 24h reminder | |
| J. Delgado | In conversation | 12 min ago | Agent replying | |
| A. Novak | Web form | Needs a human | 26 min ago | Escalated to sales |
| L. Fernández | Follow-up sent | 2h ago | 2nd follow-up in 16h | |
| T. Okafor | New | 3h ago | Qualification pending |
Already using a CRM? We connect to it. Don't have one? We set one up as part of the system.
Automating doesn't mean running blind.
Most automations do not fail on day one. They fail three months in, when an API changes or an edge case nobody planned for shows up. Failing is not the real problem — finding out late is.
- Which processes ran, and when
- Which conversations happened
- Which leads came in, and from where
- What actions the agent took
- What failed, and why
- What needs a human right now
- Volume, conversion and response-time metrics
We don't just build the system. We help you understand what it's doing.

Your first step is free.
You don't need to know what technology you need or even know exactly what you want to automate. During our first conversation, you tell us how your business currently works, which tasks take up the most time, and where you're experiencing the biggest challenges. We'll analyze the process and help you identify what could be automated.

How does it work?
- 01
Book a conversation
Tell us about your business and the processes you currently handle manually.
- 02
We analyze your process
We identify repetitive tasks, automation opportunities, and potential integrations.
- 03
We show you what's possible
We explain what could be automated, how the system would work, and which tools could be part of the solution.
- 04
You decide what comes next
If automation makes sense for your business, we define the next step and provide a proposal. If it doesn't, you still leave with a clearer understanding of what could be improved.
What you can expect from us
We always work in the same order. Starting with the tool instead of the process is the most expensive mistake in automation.
- 01
We understand first
Before building anything, we analyze how your business actually works.
- 02
We design the process
We define what should be automated and what should stay under human control.
- 03
We build to fit
The solution adapts to your processes and the tools you already use.
- 04
We centralize your data
CRM and connected systems, so information stops living in five places.
- 05
We monitor
You get visibility into what is happening.
- 06
We keep improving it
An automation does not have to be static. We adjust and improve as your business evolves.
Your automation needs to evolve with you.
A system left alone degrades on its own — not because it was badly built, but because everything around it keeps changing.
Monitoring + Maintenance + Optimization
This is not tech support waiting for something to break. It is ongoing work to keep your system running and getting better.
- New business needs
- Third-party API changes
- New processes that did not exist before
- Adjustments to how the agent behaves
- Workflow improvements
- New reports and metrics
- New integrations

What is business automation?
It means taking a task someone currently does by hand and having it run on its own: answering a message, recording a lead, booking an appointment, sending a reminder, or moving data between systems. It is not software you install — it is one of your business processes translated into rules a machine can execute the same way every time.
What's the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot follows a fixed script — ask something outside it and the thing breaks. An agent understands natural language and, more importantly, has access to tools. A chatbot tells you which slots are open. An agent checks your calendar, books the appointment, writes it to the CRM and sends the confirmation.
Does the AI agent include a CRM?
Yes. Agent-based solutions include a CRM that centralizes leads, customers, conversations, appointments and history. We do not sell it separately because without somewhere to record what happened, the agent resolves the conversation and loses the information — which is exactly the problem we are trying to solve.
Can I keep my current CRM?
Yes, and it is usually the better choice if your team already works there daily. We connect via API and write into your CRM. We only stand up a new one if you do not have one, or if the one you have has no usable API.
Can you automate WhatsApp?
Yes — it is what we get asked for most. We build exclusively on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Cloud API, never on tools that simulate a phone: those violate the terms and end with the number banned. On the official API the agent answers, qualifies, books, and everything is recorded.
Can you connect different systems?
Yes. CRM, WhatsApp, email, calendars, payment platforms, spreadsheets and custom APIs. If a system has an API or supports webhooks, it can almost always be connected. The hard case is legacy software with no API, and we verify that during the initial analysis before promising anything.
Can I monitor what the automation is doing?
Yes, and we treat it as part of the product rather than an add-on. You can see which processes ran, which conversations happened, which leads came in, what actions the agent took, what failed, and what needs a human. Automating without visibility is the fastest way to let a problem go undetected for weeks.
What happens if an automation fails?
It is planned for. Retries handle transient failures, duplicate control keeps a retry from creating two records, and everything that goes wrong is logged. What we do not accept is silent failure: if something needs intervention, it appears on the dashboard. And with an ongoing agreement, we are the ones watching it.
