AI agents for business
An AI agent is a system that talks to a person, understands what they need, and takes action in your tools to resolve it. What separates it from a chatbot is not how it writes — it is what it can do once it understands.
What it solves
After-hours inquiries
Most sales conversations start when the office is closed. The agent answers, qualifies and books while your team sleeps.
The same questions, forever
Pricing, hours, location, availability, requirements. The same 70% of conversations, handled without occupying anyone.
Inconsistent qualification
Everyone on the team asks something different. The agent asks the same questions, in the same order, every time.
Conversations that leave no trace
What gets said in chat disappears. Here every conversation is recorded against a contact.

What it includes
- 01
Scope definition
What the agent may decide on its own, and what always escalates. This is the most important decision in the project.
- 02
Instructions and tone
The agent sounds like your business, not like a generic assistant.
- 03
Connected tools
Check availability, create records, book, take payment, look things up.
- 04
Escalation rules
Deterministic conditions — not model-dependent — for handing a conversation to a human.
Use cases
Sales front desk
Answers, handles common questions, qualifies the prospect and books into the right calendar.
First-line support
Resolves the repetitive, checks order or request status, and routes what needs a human.
Bilingual agent
Detects the customer’s language and answers in it. In tourist markets that stops being optional.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent?
A chatbot follows a script — step off the expected path and it breaks. An agent understands natural language and, more importantly, has tools: it can read your calendar, write to your CRM, create an appointment. A chatbot tells you which slots are open. An agent books the slot.
What if the agent gets something wrong or makes something up?
That is a real risk and it is handled by design, not optimism. The agent answers from information it looks up in your systems rather than from memory, sensitive actions require confirmation, and deterministic rules outside the model force escalation on delicate cases. Monitoring then lets you review real conversations and correct course.
Does the agent replace my team?
No — and projects framed that way tend to go badly. The agent absorbs the repetitive volume, which is most of it, so your team spends time on what needs judgment, negotiation or a human touch. In practice you handle more conversations with the same headcount.
